He shot off his left hand with a shotgun he had leaned against a roof support post outside a general store. On coming out of the store he put his hand up above the gun and was talking with some people when the gun fired. |

| Facts: She married her cousin. She and Samuel Jefferson Jumper I moved to Texas together with some of her brothers about 1885 and settled close to Wolfe City.
